The color is a brighter blue than pictured, not too much different, but I must say, it's a great case for the price. There are minor little let downs, and here are a few, but do note, I've had and Original Otterbox Defender, and I had another knockoff from DealsExtreme:

- There is no plastic covering for the Apple logo on the back of the phone, it's just open. I suppose it was supposed to come with one, but didn't. The most difficult part of this case is, when you buy it, there is a little yellow card that you use by popping out the preferated inside, because this is actually to adhease the plastic screen front to the front of the case. This was difficult because you have to take off both sides of the 'tape' and install it to the ase, then put the plastic on top. I got it perfect, wasn't too difficult, and most buyers didn't even know what that was for. It's glue, or double sided tape. But anyway, there was one cutout for the Camera, and one for the Apple logo for the back, but no plastic pieces.

- The case fits TIGHT! If you have a glass/screen protector on the BACK of your phone, remove it. There's no way in hell, you will get it on without it being super tight. A front screen portector is find, but is also un-needed. Another thing too is that the plastic covers the iPhone's front facing camera, or FaceTime camera.

- This case does have back-flash. If you don't know what that is, it's when you take a picture with flash, there's a hole bunch of light and smokey-ish effects on the picture. Easy fix, just black out the white around the camera with permanent marker. Simple.

- I have the iPhone 4S, and this case is made for the AT&T iPhone 4, not Verizon, Sprint, or any other CDMA iPhone 4, or Any iPhone 4S on AT&T or any other carrier. The reason being is the toggle switch on the side for the Ringer, is lower than the case, but, not too much. it's still easily accessible.
