1st Customer Review : Nearly flawless
This case is great!!! It provides great protection without adding bulk. Compared to the otter-box, it is slimmer but still very strong. It has a very nice feel in your hands with its texture and grip. The phone still slides in and out of your pocket without any problems. Another nice thing is that it has a built in screen protector. My only gripe is that the covers for the ports (silent switch, headphone jack, and charger port) are annoying to open and close and it takes getting used to to open and close fast. If you don't like them, they can easily be cut off with a small knife, but that is up to you (I haven't cut them off but have contemplated it). Also, the phone is somewhat hard to get out of the case, but that is a good thing because it shows how protective is.
In my many amazon purchases, I hardly ever write reviews but I did for this because I want to help people figuring out which case is best for them.

2nd Customer Review : Awesome case
So far I've had the lifeproof case and the otterbox defender and my roommate has the commuter. We both agree the tough extreme is the nicest case. It adds very little bulk considering its a rugged case. The screen protector is so well designed that u don't even notice it's even there. It's very simple to remove so I can switch to another case when I'm not at work. If your looking for a great case then this is def the one.

My daughter told me about this case for my new iPhone 5. On the expensive but worth it. Very nice and the clear screen protector does not effect how the original screen works or looks.
