1st Customer Review : Durable and Stands Up to Toddler Abuse
This case lasted exactly one year and I'm buying my second one now though a different color.
Cons: color was off from description. I thought it would be hot pink--it was a light pink. I had to chip off part of the white hard case that surrounds the headphones plug in to use with my cord (my cord wouldn't fit otherwise.) No biggie.
Pros: I have five kids including a 20 month old toddler. This phone has fallen out of the car multiple times, dropped from grocery cart to floor, thrown across the room by toddler, chewed on, you name it. Once even tossed in sink of water though I was right there and quickly grabbed it back out--no water damage. (I'm not claiming this is water proof, but the case definitely protected my phone.) I'm replacing it because after a year of being chewed on by baby/toddler, he finally tore through the silicone. He discovered how to rip the silicone off the hard case and then liked the way it felt on his teeth apparently. But if not...

2nd Customer Review : For the price you can't beat it...there are a few adjustments
I really do like this case. I haven't seen this light baby pink and white before. There are some adjustments you need to make if you have the iphone 4s from verizon. I don't know about the other brands. The case fits easily but does not fit at the top perfectly, but it doesn't matter because as soon as you put the pink case on, it holds it all in place. Once you have it on, the sensor doesn't work. The top covers it slightly. To remedy this, I googled it said to use a sharpie, but it is a white case so I didn't want that to show. I took a steak knife (I know sounds crazy) and rubbed back and forth to dig the "well" a bit deeper. Worked perfectly. If you don't do this - when you are on the phone the sensor doesn't work and the light stays on - killing your battery and hitting mute and other buttons along the way. This was an easy free fix. 3rd Customer Review : Good product just not my style.
The case was shipped and delivered very quickly, which was great. I received many compliments on the case. Although, I did not know what an "otterbox" was so I thought it was just going to be the pink silicone part and I was weirded when I realized I had to put my phone inside the box. Definitely a good product and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an otterbox but it's just too bulky and not my style. I ended up buying a different case.
