With so many on offer these days, it is great to have a name you can trust. This item is certainly that and will be a perfect buy. The distributor have added some great touches and this equals great value.

1st Customer Review : Great dock, but problem finding a compatible case costs a star
Love the way the dock works. Great power supply with alternative plug for another USB device.
I've popped it off the windshield mount and have it attached to a portable Garmin mount that's easier to remove from the dash and hide when parked in the city.
I've tried both cases sold by Sprint. First the flexible clear ones, which I stopped using. I'm not using the two-piece case since it's easy to remove it to get the phone in the dock with the insert that holds it in position without the case. With the case on the phone, it just doesn't sit properly, no power to the phone, and the phone doesn't sense the dock (presumably with a low-powered magnet in the case and a sensor in the phone).
The insert can come out so the phone can fit WITH a case, but both Sprint provided cases don't work.
MOTOROLA, or any other purchaser, if you can let me know for sure of a case that will work where I don't need to remove the phone, please post it here!

I have like a month or so using this product and I love it, it's great, it fits great in my car, love the way the dock always keeps my phone charged. The audio plug-in is excellent, and I always listen to music in my car all the way. It's perfect

This is the most comprehensive cell phone accessory product I've ever had. I was so amazed the details and the features of this product is allowing me to run all the options in my new 2012 Ford Focus. Besides using the Fiord Sync, I use this Motorola Photon product, mounted on the dash board, it allows me to use the phone, GPS navigation, check emails, check text messages, listen to Pandora -wow.. Don't need Sirius or XM, two USB, bluetooth streaming media connection, phone charge while running all of these options and much much more..
