1st Customer Review : Otterbox Commuter Iphone 5
Received my otter box commuter for iPhone 5 just before I left on a motorcycle trip. Had it for a month and couldn't be happier with the product. For the first 5 weeks I had the phone without a case the slim lightweight design was quite different from my iPhone 4 and I always felt like I might drop my beautiful new i 5. The Otterbox Commuter added just enough heft so I'm now comfortable handling my new phone. The case fit perfectly right out of the box and even has dust covers for the ear bud and lightning connector jacks. The Otterbox is also the only one I found that displays the gorgeous chrome Apple logo on the back.

2nd Customer Review : Pleasantly surprised
As a long time Otterbox cynic I was pleasantly surprised by the sleek form fit the Commuter series provided for my iPhone 5. On their previous iterations, Otterbox made the iPhone appear twice its size -not the case here (pun intended)! Compared to the Speck flip case I initially purchased the Commuter has superior drop protection. I'm not terribly clumsy but I sometimes drop the phone onto the asphalt getting up from my car and the Commuter series seems to offer the same protection as my Defender case provided me on the iPhone 4. Not withstanding extreme drops or conditions, I can recommend this case for the average user who drops their phone occasionally and wants the peace of mind knowing that your phone is well protected. And the front rim of the case provides excellent lay-on-the-face protection with a 2-3mm raised edge that you won't find on many (if any) of it's competitors. 3rd Customer Review : Those 1 or 2 star reviews are BS
Just like the other review said those other reviews have to be fake or trying to get us consumers to pay full price and get them somewhere else. This is my 3 otterbox, 2nd commuter, and i really really can't complain. I got the full black for my iPhone 5 from Verizon and it fits excellent! One change that i found from the iPhone 4 and 5 is the location of the headphone jack. The design of the iPhone 5 commuter case allows for a bit more wiggle room to insert a bigger plug from whatever you may want to hook your iPhone up to (ex computer or external speakers). An awesome surprise!
