1st Customer Review : my favorite otterbox color
i have always wanted an otterbox but haven't been attracted to the color choices, so i have always gone with cheaper less protection but better color. i LOVE that now i can have both. the picture is true to color, which i love the lighter pastel color. its a win win for me!

2nd Customer Review : Protective but not what I expected.
I owned a commuter series otterbox from my iPhone 4 and I loved it.
So I bought this one for my iPhone 5 thinking it would be just as good.
Not so.
The softer inside rubber layer is not nearly as flexible as it was with my old iPhone 4 otterbox.
The hardshell outside layer is very hard to bend even a little, which made it difficult to get on my iPhone 5 in the first place and even harder to remove for any reason. The hardshell outside broke the second time I tried to take it off my phone. Cracked right across the back of the hardshell layer.
Pretty disappointing.
Also not that compatible with screen protectors, because the edge of the softer layer is so tight against the phone's surface that it causes air bubbles at the edge of the screen protector if not PERFECTLY aligned when installed. Good luck with that one.
3rd Customer Review : Huge dissappointment, I wish I could award zero stars
This is third Otterbox I have purchase in two years. I have bought them for myself, my sone and now my daughter. Quality has gone from good to bad in a short time. This case was just a waste of time and money and is going back. The silicon boot does not fit correctly. The screen cover is frustrating to install. The "squeegee" provided to smooth out air bubbles scratches the protector so right out of the box your Iphone looks horrible. And the screen protector will not stay on. My daughter has had hers for less than 10 days and it came off. I could not get the courtesy of a reply when I contacted Otterbox's customer service, so back this goes.,
