1st Customer Review : AMAZING!!
This is the best case I have seen! By looking at the pictures I was nervous it would be too bulky but it really isn't! Yes it adds a little bulk but not much more than your typical case. But with this case you get SO much more than your typical case! My kids LOVE to play with my phone! So I sought out a durable case to protect my investment! This was the only one I found that makes me comfortable letting my kids play with it whenever and where ever! I wanted a case that had a protective screen and not just a sticker one like you see all over. This case is amazing and so durable! I recommend it to everyone! Amazing!

2nd Customer Review : I now feel safe!
I got my iPhone 3Gs almost 2 weeks ago and I wanted to protect it...so went to Wally World and got a skin there...still did not feel protected. Heard about the Otterbox and went online to check it out. I read all the mixed reviews both good and bad and decided to give it a try.
My Otterbox Defender arrived today and I am so pleased. It does make the phone bulkier..but I like the look and feel myself. I do not hear the echo some have spoke of and I can hear and people can hear me clearly. I have had no problems with hearing my ring either...as for feeling it vibrate...I don't do use vibrate so that matters none to me.
I did, as others said, experience an oily like look on the screen that would move with my touch. I tried what some posted about wiping my hand across the inside of the clear screen protector and for me this did not work..I then tried something I had read on another review. I took out my baby powder and sprinkled a SMALL amount onto the inside of the case onto...
3rd Customer Review : Major flaws
I purchased this item originally because i wanted to have a clip (holster) so that when i used speakerphone i was not holding my phone and i could clip it onto my neckline (mom of 4 lol). I was disgruntled at first... the directions to open the case was INSIDE the case i saw them but could not access them.... after tugging at it awhile i decided to get a flat head screw driver....it opened immediately. i put it on my phone. it is very durable. that is the ONLY thing i liked about it.
here is what i didn't like:
1. the main button is very hard to push thru the rubber and the hard shell covers 1/4 of it. my finger felt it soon after my initial set up of the iphone.
2. the case covers the outer FRONT side of the iphone and it is raised too much and gets in the way....what i mean by that is my finger constantly hits it and after running my finger over the touch screen awhile my finger again started to feel the effects. (I am not a wimp but my fingers are not...
