1st Customer Review : Iphone 5 otterbox
Not a bad case overall. Case seems to cover and protect phone very well. Already dropped it a few times. Unlike the older otterboxs the charger cap doesn't come out like the old ones used to. The reason i didn't give 5 stars is due to the phone being loose in the case. It does not fit snug and when i shake the case the phone moves a little. This just increases chances for a crack but other than the wiggle room its a good case.

2nd Customer Review : Bulky but worth it
This is my first Otterbox case. It's bulky but worth to save my &400 investment in case of accidental drop. I agree with one of the review that the phone will move inside and you can even shake it. Remedy, put a thin paper on top of iPhone5 and viola. It stops from moving now. Also I put screen protector as well in between the phone and otter box plastic protector to avoid the sticking thing.
BTW, I have the AP Blazed color and I love it!
3rd Customer Review : Great case but one thing thats wrong
When i got the case i loved it till i brought it up to my ear i heard the phone rattling in the case side to side. i dont want more scratches on the side of my brand new phone so hopefully they fix the problem i just put a peice of small cloth on the sides so it didnt rattle and it works perfect try it out if you are having problems with it.
