Be aware that Otterbox has acknowledged a design flaw in the design of the clip that can result in premature breakage. This is COVERED under the Otterbox warranty and if you email their customer service department at,[...] and they will send you an entire new case and clip for your phone. I myself requested a replacement clip from the link shown above and received a new CASE AND BELT CLIP for free. They shipped it FEDEX at their cost and it took only @ 9 or 10 business days to arrive. If you visit the link above you will notice it references the belt clip for the iPhone 3 Defender case. This confused me at first but rest assured, any iPhone 4 Defender case belt clip issues should be reported here also.

Broke one in a week on my third. Needs to be heaveier the belt clip breaks off to easy. anybody make a one that will hold up?
3rd Customer Review : Be on the lookout for FAKE's!
I purchased this item from a seller that had the item fulfilled by amazon and the product was a fake! I had purchased the real otterbox previously so I was able to compare my old belt clip with the new one. Also, there are many video's on youtube that can help you to find out whether its fake or not. The fake otterbox belt clip is much more flimsy and my phone does not fit the holder snug like with the real holder.
