Item is a DIRECT, EXACT Otter brand replacement for the original that I purchased last year from my Sprint store for my new iPhone 4S. (I ordered 2.)
Shipping direct from the supplier was very fast unlike the slooow "prep for shipping" that I sometimes experience when shipments come direct from Amazon.
