1st Customer Review : Otterbox quality, slim fit, great feel in your pocket.
I really like the Otterbox cases. While the OtterBox Universal Defender Case for iPhone 4 (Black Silicone & Black Plastic) works great for heavy outdoor activity and exercise, the Reflex-series gives you similar superior protection with much less bulk than the Defender. I've dropped my iphone several times while in the Reflex case, and not once have I been worried that the phone would be scratched or damaged.
I really like that the Reflex has a hard plastic feel to it, as opposed to a soft silicon feel to the Defender, because it slides in and out of my pocket with ease. The one downside that some might find with the Reflex is that there is less protection for the main face of the iphone. It does come with an optional "screen protector." However, the Defender has a much more trustworthy front screen protector. Personally, I actually prefer touching iphone screen, so I'd rather not have a screen...

2nd Customer Review : OtterBox fits iPhone 4S
I purchased this case before my iPhone 4S arrived on 10/14 hoping that it would fit and it did.
I like the sleekness of the phone and it fits perfectly.
The screen protector was not so easy to adhere to the screen. The slightest piece of lint and you've got air bubbles. The lint got on the protector and it was all over. I might go without it since the screen is durable. I upgraded from the original iPhone and it went 3 years without a screen protector and it was fine. So, I'm thinking with 4 years of R&D I'm sure the screen is just as durable if not improved.
Back to the case, it fits perfectly, snugly. Haven't dropped the iPhone (knock on wood), but I'm sure with what I've seen on the video on the Otterbox website it will protect my phone for years to come.
3rd Customer Review : Good case, easy and quick to take off
The OtterBox Reflex is a pretty good case. It is really sturdy and will protect your iPhone from any drops of around 6 or 7 feet, I haven't tested past that.. As you have probably read in the other reviews, is that after taking the case off and putting it on quite a few times, that it becomes loose. This isn't a serious problem as others make it out to be, but it can get a little annoying that the case isn't tight together, but instead has a little wiggle room between the two pieces (one top piece and one bottom piece that connect in the middle). I have taken the case off and on about 50 or 60 times and it still makes a tight enough connection to hold the two pieces together just fine. The ease of taking this case off is a plus in my mind. I don't always like to use a case on my iPhone, but when I do want to have one on, this is really quick and easy to slap on. I suggest this case if you want an easy off and on case for your iPhone.
