1st Customer Review : Life Saver!
I've had my iphone 4s (first smartphone i've ever owned) for about 3 weeks now. Since i'm about one of the least graceful people in the world, the minute i started my phone up, i ran home to pick out a good case for it. I had heard a lot of good things about the Defender series, and though i considered it, i knew i wouldn't be happy with having such a bulky phone. That's why i decided to check out their other models. i considered the commuter, but i read a lot of reviews that people didn't feel protected enough with it. as far as not sacrificing sleekness and still getting a working amount of protection, the Reflex Series was a no-brainer. Since buying it, i have dropped my iphone from waist height on the concrete lab floor 3 times, and even once it slipped out of my swinging hand while running on the sidewalk. NO damage, even though it bounced several times and slid a ways. This case has paid for itself already as far as i'm concerned. Another thing is that this case isn't bulky in...

2nd Customer Review : Horrible - DO NOT BUY!
Phone case fits so tightly it lifts the screen protector off the phone, which defeats the purpose of the screen protector. Case is also so tight it scratches the sides of the phone. Really disappointed.

Snug fit, definitely will keep the phone safe. It fits into my dock with the case on so I don't need to take the bottom off for anything.
Color is nothing like the picture... but I guess I would call it a solid matte deep teal and the picture is more of a deep shiny aqua. Plastic protector either came with dust stuck on it or dust immediately got on it when I took the film off. Also, there was no way to avoid it bubbling a bit on the ends when you slip the case on.
