I bought this case for my Verizon iPhone 4s, and I'm very happy with it. When I first opened the package, the product box described it as an "At&T iPhone 4" case. I was worried! But it fit my 4s perfectly. All buttons are fully accessible, and the color is awesome! With my iPhone being white, it ends up looking like a white/black/pink case, but that's fine with me. A black iPhone would result in a phone that looks like the picture in the product description, since a bit of the phone is visible through both the front and back of the Defender case.

There is an extra large cutout on the back for the camera, which migh bother some people. I guess it's possible that the camera lens could get scratched if it came into contact with car keys or something sharp. I normally keep it in a pocket or just in my purse, so that's not a major concern of mine.

I had no problems with installation, and the ports that are covered do NOT cover any vital areas of the phone. They flip open easily and shut tight. I've had no problems with the bottom charging port cover, as I've heard some people do. My husband's will not close unless you wiggle it around for about five minutes, but his phone is a black Sprint 4s, so I'm not sure if there is any difference between his and mine...

The pink silicone cover does seem to pick up a bit of whatever it comes into contact with, but a little bit of water usually cleans it right up. Another minor issue I've had is that I sometimes get a "rainbow" effect on the screen after using the touchscreen for awhile. This is fixed by gently squeezing the sides of the case. It's almost as if the screen on the otterbox gets stuck on the screen of the phone (and no, I'm not using a screen protector). These two things are so minor that they wouldn't cause me to rate it any less than 5/5.

I've only had the case for 2 days, but I'm loving it so far! I will update if I end up having any problems with it. As I mentioned, the picture shown would be of a BLACK 4s, so the white 4s will show through and produce a tri-colored case. I will try to upload some pics of my phone to explain what I mean. If you like pink cases and are looking for a tough case for your iPhone 4s, buy this one! :)
