1st Customer Review : A little difficult to get on right, but pretty good
I needed a new case for my iPhone 4 after my old one started breaking apart after 6 months of use. I'd heard good things about Otterbox products and had looked at some models in the AT&T store when upgrading my phone (I had an iPhone 3G before this), but didn't like how bulky the available models were. So when I saw the Commuter case, it seemed ideal. I liked the idea of a silicone inner case and a hard outer shell to protect my phone if I drop it (although I don't expect it to work miracles) and the color combinations. I also loved that I'd be able to actually charge my phone or play music through my car's radio without taking the case off (unlike the previous model I had). The price was about right, too, especially buying it here on Amazon.
I received my new case today and I have to say I'm pretty pleased. I had some minor issues getting the plastic outer shell seated correctly (it first wanted to gap a bit on one side, then on the bottom), but I found that...

2nd Customer Review : Decent case, horrid screen cover!
Otterbox makes the best cases in the world but they haven't yet figured out that the iPhone4 screen cover needs to have a hole for the front facing camera? This seems like a HUGE oversight to me. Beware, if you order this product, you will receive a screen cover that has no native hole for the front facing camera, making it 100% useless unless you want all of your forward photos to be foggy. Stupid. Get it together OtterBox.
3rd Customer Review : Very disappointed
I have iPhone 4 AT&T. This case did not work for me at all. Terrible construction, bulky, flimsy sillicon that forms a string at the bottom next to charge port, which catches everything in the bag kyes, coins. In two weeks time, parts of the hard case broke off from top and bottom. All the ports (headphones/charge) are covered, which i thought was a good thing, and i hated it. very annoying. And the worst. If you think about taking pictures with a flash, forget it, unless u remove the case, they dont come out at all. The snowman (oO) opening for the camera is too small and destroys the pictures. I was so disappointed with a quality, i was going to call Otter box, but then i realized I really do not want another case like this one.
I bought Speck candy shell instead.
