Cons:
1) USB Cord is too short
2) Casing does not protect the iphone screen (edges not over the screen)
3) Kick-stand is flimsy, thus useless
4) Takes about 3 hrs to fully charge the battery from ground zero

This Product i got has done miracles for me my iPhone battery sucks and with this battery case i wont have to worry about a thing, the shipping was phenomenal and the price as well. i love this I phone battery case i suggest anybody to buy this case it is something to invest your money one.
3rd Customer Review : Update: Defective case replaced
I received the Skiva today. Seems to of fair quality, but not great. While I love the weight or lack of weight, the kick stand, and the fact that I can sync with iTunes with a standard micro USB cable, the USB port and the cable are not the greatest. The cable fits loosely in the USB port on the case, and in my case (pun intended) the cable did not even work to charge the battery. I tried a couple of other micro USB cables that I have for other things and still no go. I am certain that my Apple branded iPhone charger works because I use it all the time. I suspect that the port on the case is bad. On top of that, the cable is VERY short, it will not reach from the top of my night stand to the power strip that I have on the floor. This is not a huge deal as I have other cables available to me that are long enough. As a result, I only gave the device 3 stars. I am in the process of trying to exchange it for a new one.
